Research

Research areas at Northeastern span the entire range of mathematical fields. Two-page slides for the layperson, describing the research of some of our faculty, are here. Faculty and students can participate in various departmental seminars as well as the Brandeis-Harvard-MIT-Northeastern colloquium.

Undergraduate

We offer a comprehensive list of courses that are taken by math majors, math minors, various dual majors, and students from other departments.

Graduate

We offer a range of courses towards the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees. Our Ph.D. graduates have obtained rewarding jobs in academia and industry.
