| Generalized Enriques diagrams and a converse Zariski theorem |
| Abstract: Enriques diagrams codify finite sequences of point blowing up and proximity relations. Graph characterizations of these relations give a converse Zariski theorem on regular characteristic cones, for toric equivariant blowing up in dimension higher than two. |
