Abstract:   We show that the totally positive matrices in the connected stabilizer of the standard uppertriangular regular nilpotent in sl_n are parameterized by (n-1) positive parameters. These can be interpreted as quantum parameters in the quantum cohomology ring of the corresponding flag variety.
