Duality between moduli spaces

Abstract: We consider dualities between the moduli spaces of vector bundles on curves and surfaces. These dualities allow a construction of  the moduli spaces of slope semistable vector bundles which does not use Munford's GIT. Furthermore, we obtain conjectures for the dimension of spaces of line bundles on these modili spaces.
