Abstract: We study combinatorics of quadratic algebras of pseudo-roots of noncommutative polynomials. Those algebras have a rich structure. We hope that this approach gives us a new understanding of the nature of noncommutative symmetric functions and some hints towards "noncommutative topology and logic".
