Abstract: The elimination of one variable in the parametric equations of an analytically irreducible multiple point coming from generic projections leads to a non-perfect ideal of maximal minors of a matrix M decomposable into blocks that are square Hankel matrices related to Sylvester resultants. Some ideals of (not necessariy maximal) minors of M and of a matrix M' obtained from M by specilizations are Golod ideals.
