| Quantum cohomology of Lagrangian and orthogonal Grassmannians |
| Abstract: We describe the multiplicative structure of the (small) quantum cohomology ring of the Grassmannians parametrizing maximal isotropic subspaces of a vector space equipped with an orthogonal or symplectic form. No prior knowledge of quantum cohomology or isotropic Grassmannians will be assumed. This is joint work with Andrew Kresch. |
