Abstract:  Green's conjecture relates the syzygies on a curve with its linear series. For a generic curve, this means that its resolution takes a very simple form up to the (g-1)/2 step. We deal with Green's conjecture using infinitessimal methods in the neighborhood of a hyperelliptic curve.
