Talk at 1:30 p.m. in 509 Lake Hall

Abstract:    In this talk I will introduce the notion of Artin endomotive, a suitable generalization of the classical notion of Artin motive. As a main application, I will review a construction that produces a cohomological interpretation of the spectral realization of the zeros of the Riemann zeta function on the cyclic homology of a noncommutative motive. [Joint work with A. Connes and M. Marcolli]
