Abstract:    Motivated by the work of Fomin-Zelevinsky on cluster algebras we study tilting theory in a class of algebras of Krull dimension 3 called Calabi-Yau algebras. Central examples are skew group rings of finite subgroups of SL(3,k) of a power series ring in 3 variables over k.
