Abstract: We will give a construction of Macdonald polynomials in terms of certain Eisenstein series over an elliptic curve (i.e. as generating series for the number of points, over some finite field, of certain Grassmannians of vector bundles over an elliptic curve). This is joint work with E. Vasserot.

Here are some directions to Northeastern University. Lake Hall can be best accessed from the entrance on the corner of Greenleaf Street and Leon Street.
