Abstract: Gromov-Witten theory concerns integrals over the moduli space of maps from Riemann surfaces to target varieties. I will present a complete description of the theory for 1-dimensional targets with connections to representation theory and integrable hierarchies. The talk represents joint work with A. Okounkov. |
