Performance Evaluation
Like other employees, your performance will be evaluated. Your manager or supervisor will be asked to complete an online evaluation of your work contribution. In addition, you will complete a student self evaluation. Prior to completing your co-op, you will have the opportunity to discuss your evaluation with your manager. Both evaluations will also be made available to your Co-op Faculty Coordinator. Supervisors of Co-op students are asked to actively participate in the process at three time points during the student’s Co-op period.
