Abstract:   Consider a moduli space of vector bundles with connections on algebraic curves. Isomonodromic connection is a natural structure on this moduli space. This connection has deep relations with many areas of mathematics, such as integrable systems, representation theory, and Frobenius manifolds.

After reviewing some basic facts about the isomonodromy I will explain its relation to affine Lie groups, which yields simple formulae for the hamiltonian description of the isomonodromy.

Here are some directions to Northeastern University. Lake Hall can be best accessed from the entrance on the corner of Greenleaf Street and Leon Street.
