Alumni Conference
February 24, 2007
On Saturday, February 24, 2007, we will hold our third annual Graduate Alumni Conference for former graduate students in our Department. One purpose of this conference is to learn from you what you have been doing, and how you have applied the knowledge and experience that you gained while you were in our graduate program; we also may learn ways that we could improve the graduate program for our current students. The Alumni Conference is also an opportunity for Ph.D. alumni to connect with each other, with our current graduate students, faculty, and with the department. We hope these connections will be helpful to you both personally and professionally.
There is no charge for Departmental faculty, graduate students, or graduate alumni to register for the conference, and in fact we will provide lunch for all those who do register. The tentative schedule for this year's conference follows; all events will be held in the Department's Conference Room, 509 Lake Hall.
If you want to register for this conference, please send an e-mail to: Professor Gordana Todorov, Department of Mathematics. Participants registered so far: Dennis Atwood, Anandam Banerjee,
