We hope that financial support will be available to (partially) fund graduate students, postdoctoral researchers and other participants without grant support. We encourage those of you who are asking for support to share accommodations. If you plan to apply for funding, please fill out the registration form (see section "Registration'') at your earliest convenience and provide the information requested. Please submit your request for financial support by April 29, 2009. Late applications will be considered as long as financial support is available. Note that we are unable to provide any support in advance.

Reimbursement policy.

Accommodation:  Below is a list of suggested hotels. Some of them have agreed to give a special rate for our guests, so please mention that you are comming for "Sepctral theory and Geometric Analysis conference" at Northeastern.

Northeatern Summer Conference Housing Service
This is by far the cheapest option, just $70 per night which at least twice as cheap as the second best. It is also located on campus, while from any other available hotel you need to take either public transportation or a long walk.  However, this is not really a hotel, but an apartment style room. You will have a private room in a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment. If you would like to use this option you have to contact us at
shubinconference@gmail.com  ASAP.

Bed and Breakfast Associates Bay Colony
This is probably the cheapest option, except the Northeastern Conference Housing. They have a variety of rooms (some of them quite expensive, but some of them relatively cheap) at different locations.
