The CDS American Dance Program
CDS sponsors a Contra dance series on First, Third and
Fifth Tuesdays from September 16 til the middle of June. This Fall, the
Tuesday series is moving to the Old Cambridge Baptist Church, 1151 Mass
Ave, next to The Inn at Harvard, in Harvard Square. Informal instruction
begins at 7:45, dancing from 8:00 to 10:30 PM. The Church has an adjacent
parking lot with 25 spaces which dancers will be able to use. Admission
$6 for non-members, $5 for CDS members, $3 for students and seniors.
The Church hall has a wood floor, and a grand piano. CDS
is providing a new PA system to ensure clear calling, high quality sound,
and to assist open band members to play together.
