Classification of all Regular Polyhedra of Index 2

Abstract: The index of a polyhedron is the index of its symmetry group as a subgroup in its automorphism group. I have been classifying all regular polyhedra of index 2, including those with non-planar faces. I will give give some theoretical results, and will describe some of these polyhedra.
